Refund policy

Returns are for store credit only. Please email us before sending your return back to make sure your item is qualified for a return. NO exchanges, Returns ONLY.

Returns must be back in the mail within 7 days of the order delivered to you. Example - if your order delivered on the 7thyou must have it back in the mail on its way to WGB by the 14th !

Returns must be sent in new condition - unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, and must have tags attached in the original packaging. No exceptions.

What you CAN NOT return is any sort of sale items, any item marked off 20% or more , hats , shoes, any sort of bag/purse or wallet, jewelry of any sort, any holiday items, tumblers, or home decor items.
